MLH has invited some of our friends round for dinner this Saturday night and I haven't a clue what to do.
As we don't own a BBQ we can't do the Aussie thing and throw a few shrimps on the barbie
Normally I have an idea of what to cook but for some reason I'm flummoxed.
Any ideas anyone?
Anything that doesn't mean I have to spend hours preparing. I don't eat pasta or rice so anything including them are out.
I was thinking of doing a Greek chicken pie (with filo pastry) but am unable to find the recipe, I suspect it got flung when we moved (I was ruthless :o).
