This one's worth keeping an eye on (though it's not something to be alarmed by at this stage).

A recent published study has shown that botox can migrate from the injection site to the brain in rats. There were no behavioural or other problems seen in the rats, and it's not known whether the tiny amount that migrated in the rats could also migrate in humans, or indeed if it's even an issue, but it's worth keeping an eye on.
