I've been mulling over the idea of a newbie section on here. I remember when I first came to this forum I had a hard time getting "the lay of the land".

I thought maybe it could include things like:

Helpful tips for getting started

Introductions - I know I lurked in the background for months and felt like I knew everyone, but had a hard time jumping in. This way a newbie could start a thread and introduce themself and get some feedback specific to them.

Your thoughts? How would we go about getting this started?
