When I first started using the recommended products for my skin, it was starting to look better. I felt it could still look brighter and more even, so I tried many other (recommended) products. Now I am so confused with what works and whether my expectations are realistic or just wishful.
Here is what I finally decided to do before I purchase anything new:
I am going to have a patch test for allergies to ingredients.
Then, I can get an appointment for a free 45 min. consultation at the dermatologist's office. They will suggest products for my concerns and or procedures.
They also have a derma spa and I want make an appointment for a 1 hr. facial using products geared to my skin's needs.
I am hoping I can then make better decisions as to which ingredients on Dr. B's lists would be most beneficial for my skin.
