I've got to give the Beautypedia team credit for their responsiveness to emails.

A couple of days ago I emailed them asking why there were so many brands missing, including ones like Avene which really surprised me. I also asked why there were no men's products or targeted brands reviewed.

I had a reply within 6 hours saying to suggest whatever I wanted to see and they would be put into the "review queue". I don't know how this queue works, but it's nice to know they are taking suggestions.

Yesterday I emailed them asking about a discrepancy between the information on the manufacturers site and what they were saying about the ingredients in a product and it hasn't taken them 12 hours to correct the error and email me thanking me for pointing it out.

They are very responsive!

Has anyone else taken out a subscription? I find it quite useful to look up the ingredients on products. I must confess I don't take a huge lot of notice of Paula's reviews though. Actually, I'm not sure that she's even responsible for most of the reviews these days. It seems there's a review team that does it all. Perhaps they just "write in her style" with her overseeing it all.
