Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by too much info. in  the forums and fear of not choosing the "best" products.  I'm concerned that some of the products that were Dr B's " choices" in the book are now being replaced by other products on the website.  Anyone else feel the same way?  Which lists or recommendations should we go by?  Thanks
