Hi,
I just read on the blog that Dr B's new book was being released early jext year. I looked on Amazon and was not able to pre-order it. Has anyone seen the book for pre-order? Also, what is the difference between this version and the previous other than new product recommendations?

I looked at the prior book in the library and have not bought it yet, and was thinking of maybe buying the paperback instead.
