Why don't the "energy" drink makers ever say how much caffine they have in their products? Green tea is great but still contains plenty of caffine. I look at all "energy" drinks with some paranoia because I have an anxiety/panic disorder which is controlled with prescription drugs. Caffine interacts and "cancels" out the effect of the drugs and results in adverse brain activity. Its bad enough to totally avoid coffee, regular tea, colas, chocolate (yes, chocolate is a big no-no) and then have supposedly healthy tasty drinks contain even extra caffine. More people are sensitive to its effects than they realize.
Just my comment on the healthy or not benefits of the green tea craze. I love the stuff too but its not worth the physical/mental affects of the caffine. Even the so-called decaf teas still contain a considerable amount.
