Occasionally I'll get hard, red pimples over dry patches on the apples of my cheeks. Oddly, they seem to appear at the same time. It drives me nuts because I don't know how to treat the dry patches and pimples at the same time. Does anyone know why this happens and/or how to treat it? Thanks!
