I read the book from cover to cover last night and I have learned so much more than just reading my chapter.

My only complaint about the book is some of the instructions were a bit confusing. For example, in the OSPT non-rx regime the instructions were to apply a bp gel directly to pimples but you can also use an on the spot pimple treatment? ???

And I wasn't sure which rx products were antibiotic gels in the OSPT section because she didn't have those listed under RECOMMENDED ANTIBIOTIC GELS as she did in the OSNW section. It would've been more helpful if the language was consistent across the board.

I loved what she wrote about retinoids in the Further Help for OR Skin though. I higly recommend everyone reading that chapter if you're using a rx retinoid. It was much more detailed and gave instructions on what to use on days you were not using a retionoid. But I wouldn't have known if I didn't read the OR chapters.
