I read Dr. Baumann's book. Really informative and helpful.
But, What if you sweat? I mean, your sweat streams out from your face when you get hot or nervous. Do you still use the sunscreen? Anything I put on my face just dissolves after 5 minutes or less. So, I don't wear makeup at all. I don't have to go the sauna because I sweat all the time anyway!!! Dr. Baumann, Can you help me with any suggestions? I took the quiz and I have Dry, Sensitive, Wrinkled, Pigmented ( not sure) skin. Help!!!!
