Dr Baumann mentioned in her book that she could write another whole book about body skin care as opposed to facial skin; is there any advice in general about the fine wrinkling on the body, especially women, most noticeably on the arms and chest? Plain old moisturizers don't really do anything except make it look more hydrated, the little wrinkles/crinkle pattern is still there.

Are the retinoid products still the only way to treat them? Would cost a lot to have to smear in all over arms, etc. in addition to face. Any body products with ample retinoid anyone knows about?
