Has anyone else noticed that Dr. B seems to recommend products based on ingredients while Paula B. recommends products based on their formulations? There are some Dr. B recs for my OSPT skin type that I absolutely cannot use like the Neutrogena Acne Face Wash. Paula B. doesn't think medicated cleansers do anything and I have to agree with her on that. And some of the the spot treatment for pimples like the Clinique Concealing Stick that Dr. B recommends has too high a PH for the BHA to be effective. Dr. B also doesn't recommend facial scrubs for OSPTs but the recommended acne treatment kits including the Neutrogena and Rodan and Fields kits both have exfoliating cleansers. But between Dr. B and Paula B. I'd like to think I'm on my way to becoming an educated skin care consumer.
