I am stressing out and breaking out A LOT! I was doing great over the summer (I'm a teacher), working out, eating well (mostly), and relaxing as much as possible. Now that school has started back both for me and for my two children, plus it's the final weeks before the wedding, I'm super busy. I have not been working out, royally screwed up my skincare routines, and eat on the fly.
As it is, I know that I have to change those lifestyle issues, but does anyone have any ideas for healing my red, sensitive, and broken out skin in 3 weeks or less??? I just CAN'T look like this in pictures!!!
