Hello. I'm a DSPT, but ever since I have started using the products from this book my skin has become super oily. I was looking at the products for OSPT, but I have used those products in the past and they have irritated my skin, so I'm at a lose on what to do. My skin isn't really oily all over just mainly the T-zone. The products I used from the DSPT area where the La Roche-Posay products. Any help would be appreciated in finding products that don't make my forehead so shiney. Thanks.
