Hi, I'm new to the forum and must say, I LOVE this book! My skin is looking much better these days, thanks to the great advice from Dr. Baumann.   

Anyway, I am plagued with some very, very small acne scars. Well, actually they're from picking at my acne when I was in my 20's and 30's. A very bad habit that I admit to, but no longer do. I don't have the acne anymore, but even if I did, I'm a bit farsighted now so I couldn't see up close enough anyway.

The scars are very small, almost look like teeny little pits in my skin. (As if someone jabbed me with a large fork) I want to know how to get rid of these. My skin looks so good from a distance, but as one gets closer they're more visible. I want to kick myself for picking all those years, and tell anyone who does this to stop!! I'm a perfect example of why not to do it.  I have great looking skin now with all these little pits.

Are there any procedures to get rid of these? I know there are some mentioned in the book but wasn't sure if they would apply to these types of scars. I want to download a picture of them but I'm too vain, LOL!
