Hi - since reading the book and following the advice, my skin is feeling much less sensitive. Could a person's sensitivy score change over time? When I first took the test, my S score was quite high. I just took it again after following the advice and now it's 1/2 a point off of being an R! Is this possible?

One thing that I am wondering about is that I need an exfolliant - my skin needs some sort of treatment. So I was at the pharmacy last night about bought this cream that has 12% lactic acid - it's called Moist Skin 12% Cream - I tried it - no stinging, my skin looks great this morning. Of course 12% AHA is kind of high, so this is something I'd only use every few days, but if a person has sensitive skin, wouldn't this sting to high heaven?
