Is it possible for a make-up brush to cause the face to get red, itchy blotches? I think this has happened with ny Trish McEvoy powder brush which I've had for a year and didn't bother me before this. At first I thought it was the Palladio Rice Powder I was using but after washing the brush and applying MAC Blot Powder with it, I had the same reaction. Has anyone had any similar reactions to brushes? TIA.
