I've never heard of Neem tablets, but I do have a Neem Clay mask from Bath and Body Works. It's from their Pure Simplicity Line. I hated the rest of the products but this one I really loved. Here's the description they give.

The innermost heart of the leaves of the East Indian neem tree has remarkable astringent and purifying properties. Apply this mask to oily skin for five minutes, once a week, to slough away dead skin cells, remove impurities and minimize the appearance of pores.

It definitely tightens the skin and minimizes the pores.

I've never heard of anything else with 'Neem'. Please keep us updated.

I frequent health-food stores, and I have seen a ton of neem soaps, shampoos, etc. They call it "nature's pharmacy"- from stuff I've read it's widely used in Ayurvedic medicine/treatments. It is supposed to be purifying, detoxifying, and healing. Mind you, I do not know how true any of this is, and I've not had experience with it as a supplement, as I've mostly seen it as a topical treatment. Maybe it does the same internally? Not sure. I think I'd talk to a doc first before trying though, at least to make sure it won't go badly with anything else you may be taking.
