Does anyone know anything about this? Would it be safe to use a few times a week? My initial thought is that Dr B says not to use exfoliatiants but I was curious if there is any that can be used by us with DSPW. My skin is not as sensitive as it was - I need redo my scores. Sometimes I just feel I need a little something more than normal cleansing or my Clarisonic. Thoughts?
