I have suffered from these bumps on my arms and legs for as long as i can remember, i used to pick at them when i was younger which has left me with some scars and dark patches. on my legs they have almost dissappeared, however on my arms they seem not to go away i've tried using scrubs and moisturizing but the old bumps haven't healed when new ones come on. I never knew what it was until i recently learned that the condition was called Keratosis Pilaris, and it is due to a build up of the keratin protein around the hair folicle creating bumps. Has anyone else experienced this? and if you have, what treatment has worked for you? i don't know what to do about it
