I shop on line a LOT - we live in a small city where I just can't find most things locally. Rarely have I gotten anything that was open already when I received it, but it happened yesterday and got me started thinking about whether others have experienced this. I have NEVER had this problem with skinstore but I have read reviews where others said they did. The open product I received was a lipgloss from dermstore. I can't tell you how grossed-out I was to open the box and find a very clearly, already opened lip gloss in there. This is why I almost never shop at drugstores or biggie stores like wal-mart - too many opened and obviously "tested" items put back on the shelves. Has anyone else experienced this from web sites?
