I tried to get a sample and was told they don't do samples for their sensitive skin range (they do for others though).  I did have a whinge about it and told them it was daft they didn't as people with sensitive skin need samples more than those without.

Yeah it is dumb they don't do samples for the sensitive skin range. I visited the EA counter too but they told me the same thing they told you. :-

I'm also interested in this moisturizer since I have success using the cleanser from the same range. Just an aside- the cleanser cleanses well and does not leave skin tight or greasy after a few hours. (My O/D score is 30) It is foamy, but it is definitely a creamy, "cushion-y" kind of foam. Unfortunately, the cleanser isn't as soothing as I want it to be though it did not cause further irritation. If the moisturizer is so ordinary too, then I will want to look elsewhere for my combination skin.
