Hi Everyone,

I'm a DSPW and used Renova over the summer to treat fine lines and loss of elasticity. As a result, I developed melasma even though I used a high spf (neutrogena 55) and wore a hat. I stopped the Renova this fall, and the spots have just about faded. Does anyone think I'd benefit from an OTC retinol product since it offers a lesser strength of retinol or maybe I'm just not a good candidate for retinol.

Recently I've been using Neutrogena Healthy Skin Lotion at night (an AHA moisturizer) and I see a slight difference in my skin. Are the results of a AHA product the same as using retinol? Sorry but this can get confusing!

Here's my regimen:
Cerave or Cetaphil to cleanse (am/pm)
Skinceuticals CE Ferulic (am only)
Skinceuticals Pigmentation for spots (am/pm)
Atopalm on cheeks and eyes (am/pm)
Neutrogena healthy Skim (pm, every other night)
Skinceuticals SPF 30 (am only)

Suggestions anyone may have would be appreciated! Thanks so much...
