Just a thought I've been having. Paula B is definitely against soap but Dr. B has rec'd Dove and L'occitane cold cream soap in the past. So in my quest for uber-simple skin-care, I'm just considering good old soap. Not just any, but specifically Neutrogena fragrance-free original.
I used it as a teen and liked it, but now we have learned so much more about what is good/bad for skin and have so many other options available, I am questioning if soap is even a viable option anymore. It is really disappearing from shelves, except for bath bars. What do you all think??
