I have gone through a six month spell of chronic eye problems, infections and irrations, even micro-cysts. The eye doctor told me to try and be very gentle to my eye area and put me on preservative free eye drops.
My question is, what is the best cleanser or method you have found for getting all the eye makeup off? I am very afraid to leave even a trace of makeup and most cleansers, in my experience, do leave a little something behind. Do you use a seperate remover? What is the best one that does the job but is very gentle and non-irrating? I have tried Clinique Take the day off balm (blurred my vision and burned slightly) and Estee Lauder Take it Away lotion (same reaction) The best cleansers for makeup removal were Purpose Gentle cleansing wash and it's twin sister Clean & Clear sensitive skin cleanser, but they contain preservatives that bother my skin. Grrrrr! Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
