I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw several Shiseido products at TJ Maxx, really cheap! They had their Extra Gentle cleansing foam which normally sells for $29 for only $16.99, Pureness oil-blotting sheets and mattifying moisturizer plus a lot more. There were even some of their makeup products. My question is: Do you think this means that a) the products are going to be discontinued or b) possibly just repackaged. I can't imagine Shiseido allowing products in these stores that are currently available in their retail line unless they are soon going to be replaced with something new or repackaged. Your thoughts? Are cosmetics/skincare at the discounters always discontinued items or could they be top of the line products? I am so skeptical I was actually afraid to buy anything, except their Body Creator salt scrub, normally $35 for $20; it is absolutely to die for!!!
