Hi I have a question. I live in the windy city of chicago. When I go out in the windy weather I get really bad Wind burn. I think I need to wear a really heavy moisturizer but how do I do that with my spf lotion. Do I put it under the spf lotion or over it. Last winter I didn't wear any spf, which is really bad since I have rosacea. But I need some advice on how to get the correct amount of moisture and get the spf.
