I dont use a toner regularly but after using a sample size Decleor Tonifying Lotion it seems to me that it might not be a bad idea to add it to my routine.

An ideal toner for me is the one that hydrates my skin but dont feel sticky and live my skin look oily. I was wondering if any of the grocery store brands have a good toner. One time I got clean and clear pore minimizing toner and it was really bad.

I liked the feeling of Decleor Toner but its pretty costly, so if there is a cheaper alternative I would love to try it first.

Can anyone help with it? Any suggestion?
