I tried the Olay Regenerist FF Serum and found I had the same reaction as when I tried Mac Prep and Prime SPF50 - by lunchtime my face was itching like mad! Very annoying! It stopped when I washed it off, though. Checking the ingredients on both, I see they both use a lot of silicones. I did a search on the forum and saw that quite a few people have problems with silicones, so I think this is a real problem for me and I need to check all ingredients carefully before iI use anything.
But I think Dr. B says somewhere that we should be using anti-inflammatories under our sunscreen. Is this correct?
I don't have itching or allergy problems when I just use my Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF45. Also, it seems to calm my rosacea. Do I really to add another product in before that?
I seem to do best with fewer products, not more.
Can anyone please advise?
Thanks!
