I know AHA and BP's can render Retinoids inactivate if used together, but I can't find any info on salicylic acid (BHA's)
I just recently began using an OTC retinol product, but I use Cliniques mild clarifyer before hand and it contains .05% salicylic acid. Is it just cancelling out the effects of the retinoid? I don't want to add a step that will be rendered ineffective but I also don't really want to give either one up unless I have to. Any thoughts? Thanks!!
