A little low today. Not only did I binge but, ate alot of sugar & shrugged off my exercise class.Can't be good for my health,my skin or my weight.Got to get on board with living the right way.Anybody want to start over with this?I do.I am 62 1/2 years & from having tests taken & taking the right supplements & exercising I can bend things I couldn't bend before.My friends are much younger than me & I can keep up with them.Tonight I'm hyper from sugar & can't sleep.Here is my skin regimen:
AM- Cerave cleanser
Cerave cream moisturizer
Olay sensitive moisturizer SPF 15
Eucerin red relief SPF 15 moisturizer(green)
Revlon SPF 15 foundation
PM- Cerave cleanser
Cerave cream moisturizer
Trentinoin every other night
Works for me, except when I'm not eating right.When I follow weight watchers & have my fruit vegetables protein etc. my skin looks great.
How are you guys doing?
