You guys would never get a facial treatment at a spa, right? I am going on vacation Saturday and will be getting a spa treatment (bday gift). In reading the descriptions, some of the facial stuff sounds great but seems like I remember Dr B saying to stay away from spa facials. Thoughts? I would hate to come home with a flared up face!
