I would say absolutely YES!! A teenage boy or a man for that matter may be a little fussy about the product suggestions but that's what the ingredient list is for. There are plenty of products developed for men and also generic products that skip the fem packaging if that's important to them. Hope this helped. Good Luck.

Skincare Kev and OsMANthus seem to be doing OK with the book & forum.
As virgogem states it would be advisable for the men/boys to check the ingredient lists to ensure they get the correct products. I noticed that there are some male products available from Dr B's store.

Absolutely,

Most of the recommendations in the book are for both sexes (except for the make-up)

In fact, most "men's products" are complete crap in my opinion. They are loaded with alcohol, menthol and fragrance.
