I have been using Neutrogena Healthy Skin DEEP WRINKLE RETINOL night cream for 3 days now, and have not experienced any redness or rashes or tingling . Does this mean that the cream is not working? Im worried since I believe this is an important product in ones night-time skin care. Help!!
