I watched part of a documentary yesterday, the ending, that my Mum had recorded on Sky for me. They were saying that taking supplements can be unhealthy. My Mum couldn't remember the reasons behind this so I have been searching for articles and, well, anything to support this argument so that I could learn why this might be. I know that too much vitamin A can be harmful and it is better to get all your vitamins from a healthy balanced diet, but i wanted to know more. I found the following:
