I have very oily skin. However, because the area around my eyes is not as oily as the rest of my face, the point on my face where the oily skin meets the not-so-oily under eye skin creates a sort of line. The line starts about 1 inch under my eye. It kind of looks like when you wear goggles and take them off and still have the marks on your face where the goggles once were.

This line makes me look like a have slight bags under my eyes.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?
