I recently met a family friend who is at her 40's and has the most beautiful skin I have ever seen. At my 32 I wish I had skin like that. When I asked her what she uses she said she eats a lot of fruit and what ever she eats ( fruit) she rubs it on her face every time. I know fresh papaya can be a natural exfoliator and I bet all the natural enzymes her skin is getting through these application is helping her skin.
My question is, is it possible to get antioxident by putting fresh fruits on your face, for example, putting freshly squeezed orange juice?
