Hello all:

My 6 year old grandaughter was in the basement at her Dads when he was taking down a old ceiling. She ran into someone carrying pieces of metal. She has a three inch gash on her face by her mouth. She went to the ER for stitches.

We are concerned it might scar. What would be a good to put on it after the stitches are out?
