I have some very deep seated ingrown hairs that just wont come out. How do I remove them? They are not infected or ozzing pus, but I cant see the hair in a circle under the skin and feel the bump.

How can I free them safely...and like I said they seem to be very deep as things like Salicylic Acid, Glcolic Acid dont seem to help.
