What do you use besides skincareproducts to achieve good skin?
Or what do you do to maintain longlasting 'good' skin?
Besides my routine of skincare products (am: cleanse, CEFerulic, Moisterize with sunscreen & PM: cleanse, Replenix CF, retinoids) I also:
- Take supplements (zinc, Selenium, AOX, Vit C, Vit D, Q10)
I tried Vit E en Omega3-6 but they always make me broke out in pimpels!
- I excerise quite often, not just because it's good for the skin but it's also good for your mental state lol
- I've done Lasers/Peelings to get rid of pigmentation, broken blood vessels en scars
- Sometimes I use my dermaroller, but it my opinion it doesn't do that much besides give my skin a nice glow ))
- I only drink water and alcohol is just for those saturday evenings
- I eat vegetables and fruits like crazy (let's say 8 till 10 pieces each day) My favorites are apples, oranges, berrys, grapefruit, pineapple,...it's good *stuff*
- I say no to meat and yes to poultry and fish!
- NUTS about NUTS ))
- and since this week I even have my Skincare tattoo, to show my passion for it. (geek alert! lol)
and since this year I started the 4 year course of Bachelor in the Cosmetic Science, just to know the science behind it all!
