I wish I could get an answer to this. A lot of times I get dryness and flaking in winter and it would be nice to use a moisturizer on my face at night, but I don't because people have told me on Makeup Alley that you can't put anything on top of Retin-A Micro because it's time-released and moisturizer would interfere with that. So the only moisturizer I get is my sunscreen in the morning.
Could any of the derms please answer?
