I am trying to think of how to describe this and it sounds strange but since trying out a new facewash I've had what I can only describe as tiny spots that i scrape with my finger and they come off but it's almost like it was a spot of dried blood!

I don't know if it's something with my rosacea, that the cleanser is flaring it up and these are the rosacea pustules (although very tiny ones) or if possibly these are spots of oxidized powder makeup? Upon looking in a magnifying mirror, it definately looks like a tiny rosacea spot that the skin broke and bled a tiny bit!

I need your opinions ;do you think a cleanser (Shiseido extra gentle cleansing foam) could produce this type of reaction??
