Issue #1:

I just received a newsletter from Paula Begoun and she is wrong once again! The newsletter says that ECGC (green tea extract) is not yet found in any skin care products. Reversa has an antioxidant serum containing ECGC. I am getting pissed off and frustrated each time I hear her telling me about a new antioxidant and using products loaded with antioxidants. This quest for products with antioxidants is what has aged my skin by causing so much inflammation! I just used the Reversa serum with ECGC and my skin has broken out again! I jump from product to product in search for something that has sunscreen and antioxidants and in the end it's the same old thing! I have finally found Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion SPF 15 and to my relief it is the only product that does not cause inflammation, but there are no antioxidants in it and I can't layer anything underneath my lotion. Should I stick to what I'm using? My skin has been in the best condition ever since I've used it (until I started messing around with other products).

Issue #2:
I am getting too confused from all my reading! For instance, Begoun does not rate Nivea Q10 Lotion SPF 15 well, yet Baumann recommends it. So, is it a good product or not? Do I use it or not?

Another product Begoun doesn't rate well is Aveeno Ultracalmng with Feverfew SPF 15, but Baumann recommends it for sensitive skin.

These are two specific products I am thinking of retrying, but I don't know because I am receiving conflicting information. How do you deal when these two "experts" conflict in their information?

I am feeling very distressed by all this information! Please, somebody help!
