I recently purchased a Dove day essentials product and I got Dove deep moisure instead. I am very disappointed. I called the skinstore.com who I believe is connected to Dr. Baumann's store. They said they would credit me the money, so we'll see. I am skeptical because they said they sent me an email confirmation that the money had been credited, but I received no email. This experience makes me think twice if I ever want to shop here or anywhere again. Did anyone else have problems?

Also, I was thinking of getting the Eucerin Q10 or another one of their sunscreens, but that product has disappeared altogether within a week. It was there last week, but now the picture of it disappeared. What happened?
