Hello!

With the help of the forum, my derm and the book, I finally found a regimen that works very well for me (combination of differing, MaMa lotion, salicylic acid, olay regenerist serum and physical sunblock).

I now basically have about 10-20 pores that constantly get clogged, turn into little whiteheads. They are all in the same area (in a space the size of a quarter). I have to exfoliate them everyday... then it happens again. Sometimes, maybe once a month they turn into full blown zit (red and inflamed). My question is, is there something my derm can inject or do to "disable" pores from excreting? This idea crossed my mind when I read about "disabling" the sweating glads in underarm... Is there something like that for the face?
