The following is a cross post since it was suggested I may get more feedback here. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I've been lurking for the past few days, but I'm posting now to seek some advice. I recently read Dr. Baumann's book, which was very enlightening. Unfortunately, I left the book in our room on vacation early this week. I've already ordered a new copy and am trying to get back my original so I don't have to take the tests again. I don't remember my exact numbers, but I know I'm a DSPW. I border on O and D depending on the day. Please bear with the short novel below. If I posted this in the wrong place or if I should break up my questions into separate posts in separate categories, please let me know.

My biggest problem is acne, followed closely by fine lines. I'm 31 years old and pregnant with our second child, which has made my skin a terrible mess. (It's funny, my face was so clear when I was pregnant with our son.) My treatment options are limited as a result. I've done everything I can think of in addition to topical things: switched to organic milk, just began changing my pillowcase each night, wear my hair back as often as possible, clean off the phone regularly, gave up on mineral makeup, stopped using SLS except for in hand soap, toothpaste and detergent, you name it. I can't afford to see a derm right now and I'm afraid that by the time I get an appointment, my pregnancy may be over anyway.

I prefer to use natural or as close-to-natural products as possible. My current routine is as follows: Wash with green tea and shea cleanser, spray with apple cider vinegar tonic, treat with B5 serum, apply natural BHA gel, apply kukui nut, pomegranate seed and red raspberry seed oils (just a few drops) mixed with a drop of hyaluronic acid to a face misted with strawberry fruit hydrating mist, apply Garden of Wisdom base cream to which I've added COQ10 and an azelaic acid derivative and eye cream. I do almost the same at night, except start the process with DHC cleansing oil, follow by cleansing with a BHA exfo cleanser, and I use kukui nut and camellia oils. In the morning, I follow all this with Shiseido SPF 55 lotion and Sally Hansen paraben-free foundation.

I don't think the oils are a problem because my forehead is clear, my issues are concentrated on my chin, cheeks and occasionally temples. This routine has greatly decreased my oil production and normalized my formerly oily skin, it's just the acne that is really upsetting.

Here are some questions: 1) Does anyone have any additional suggestions for what I can do to make my skin bearable for the next five months? 2) What is your favorite non-benzoyl peroxide spot treatment for blemishes? As mentioned, I don't have the book at the moment, but I know Dr. B made some recommendations. 3) What is a good tinted moisturizer (preferably drugstore variety) for my skin type? I'm very fair. I'd like something for when I don't feel like wearing a full face of makeup. 4) Are thermal waters worth the price or would I be fine with distilled? I just began spraying and wiping my face with distilled water last night in the hopes that it will remove every last trace of makeup, dirt, and hard water residue.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and recommendations. I truly think that the guidance in Dr. B's book will help me get my skin under control and help keep me looking younger.
