I just Had my first baby and the basic question that probably bothers all nursing mom is what skin care products to avoid.

I have checked on internet and found an article by AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS but they did not include the skin care to avoid.

Can anyone tell me if I can use Hydroquinon when I am nursing?
