My dermatologist recommended it for me and I loved it. All moisturizers and cleansers are without fragrance, emulsifiers, dyes or preservatives. The version called Physiogel A.I is a great anti-inflammatory moisturizer (but this version is just for dry skin). Physiogel Body Lotion calms my irritated and itchy skin and Physiogel Cleanser Gel really doesn't irritate my skin.
