I was looking around on-line today for alcohol free toners....found out that CVS's AF toner & Neutrogena's AF toner both have the same ingredients and listed in the same order. CVS's was $5.49 for 8.5 oz and Neutrogena's was $7.99 for 8oz.
(only difference in the ingredient listing was that CVS's first ingredient was "purified water"....and Neutrogena's only said "water")

Has anyone used either one? Below is the ingredient list: see any problems? (other than the fragrance for sensitives?)

Purified Water, PEG-4, Butylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Ceteth-24, Choleth-24, Panthenol, Glycereth-26, Sodium PCA, Benzalkonium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Chloride, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Fragrance.
